The sequel to the heartwarming family hit Clifford the Big Red Dog begins with Emily Elizabeth (Darby Camp) and her loyal, larger-than-life companion Clifford adjusting to life in New York City. While the duo has grown even closer, their lives take an unexpected turn when a brilliant but clumsy scientist, Dr. Felix Barnes (played by a new cast addition), develops a shrinking serum meant to solve the city’s space constraints.

In a chaotic mishap at a local science fair, Clifford accidentally ingests the serum and shrinks to the size of a regular puppy.
